    Can I buy Vukoffi online with free shipping?

    Yes, we provide free shipping for all orders within Malaysia.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately, due to the increasing complexity and Customs and Duty charge of crossing borders at the moment, we only provide shipping within Malaysia.

    Where are your packages shipped from?

    Our packages are shipped from our fulfilment team, Beautiful Gate Foundation SS2.

    How long does it take to process an order?

    We will only roast upon receipt and confirmation of your order, for your order. We process our orders daily and our coffee beans are roasted upon order. Please allow 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) for roasting and we send them to our courier partner within 3 working days after the roasting process. Standard delivery takes 7-10 working days inclusive of the roasting process.

    How do I store Vukoffi?

    Coffee beans must be isolated from air and moisture. Please store in room temperature, dry, avoid sunlight and advisable in airtight container.

    I run a café/ restaurant/ hotel/ private lounge, can I serve Vukoffi?

    What is your refund policy and do you accept returns?

    Customers must contact Vukoffi Customer Service within 7 days of the original order date if an order arrives damaged or includes the wrong product(s). We will refund after our warehouse receives your non-perishable drinkware.

    Coffee is a perishable product, apology that we DO NOT accept any coffee returns. However, if an error was made, or if you received a damaged product, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.

    Remarks: The refund policy does not extend beyond the 7 days window.
